A tiny sprig of the whitest Queen Annes lace, picked from the summer hedgerows has been mounted inside a little glass globe to make this unusual and beautiful real flower ring! A perfect memento of long summer days and wanders through the blossoming countryside. Queen Annes lace can almost always be seen brimming over our Irish meadows in late summer, it's feathery little blossoms forming a delicate lace canopy over the daisies and buttercups.
The glass dome measures a dainty 25mm and is mounted onto a nickel-free bronze ring base which is fully adjustable, The glass dome is tougher than you would think, and can handle normal wear.
The flower inside has been preserved using a variety of techniques, so it will not wither or die but please take care to keep it dry.
Your ring will come packaged in one of my signature gift boxes, perfect for gift giving and safe keeping. The pieces at Ruby Robin are designed to allow the quiet beauty of nature to shine, to stir the imagination, inspire wonder and encapsulate a microcosm of long forgotten memories. I make my jewellery using a range of strange and beautiful curiosities, found in the woods and on the mountain sides, on the windswept beaches and wild meadows.
