This enchanting flower necklace was made using delicate ivory white cherry blossoms from my garden which I picked, dried and encased in crystal clear resin.
Cherry blossoms are a symbol of Spring, of new beginnings and the ephemeral nature of all life. A gentle reminder that life is both short and precious & to be mindful and present as much as we can.
I craft reach sphere by casting the real flowers in a mold, the casting takes up to three days to cure before I can de-mold it to start the sanding, polishing and waxing which results in an exquisitely clear and shiney flower droplet.
The 20mm globe is hung on an 18 inch long 925 sterling silver chain, the cap is silver toned. If you'd prefer a different length chain just leave a note in the 'message to seller' box at checkout.
Please be aware that there may be some very small bubbles in your necklace. Someone recently described them as resembling little dew droplets sitting on the flowers and I like to think they add their own little touch of life to each piece <3
Please take care to keep your piece dry and to store it away from direct sunlight. Should you want to polish your pendant use a microfiber cloth and some polish like Novus or even a few drops of olive oil, buffing gently in a circular motion.
